My Experience
I’m Alston Rousseau, a DevOps consultant, Army veteran, and lifelong learner currently completing my interdisciplinary capstone at Virginia Commonwealth University (IDST-499). Over the past 18 years—starting my higher education journey in Fall 2007 at Christopher Newport University and continuing through various professional roles—I have honed my ability to drive holistic, sustainable change.
I specialize in sustainably scaling people, processes, and technology to help organizations meet their goals in an efficient, inclusive, and future-facing manner. My consulting style is collaborative and detail-oriented, always striving to bring out the best in individuals and teams.
